Flames were yellow and lazy, pans coming off sooty. Manifold pressure was low and one orifice was wrong for our fuel. Blue cones again, no soot since.

Igniter on the left oven glowed but the burner never caught. He replaced the igniter and checked the gas valve rather than assuming. Straight answer on the phone first, which I appreciated.
